Studio Policies

CHARGEBACKS

Please note, once you book any appointment, it is legally an acceptance of our policies, and a waiver of your right to a chargeback from your bank.


FORMS 

We require you to confirm your appointment and fill out the studio forms prior to arrival or we may have to cancel your appointment. You will be prompted to sign your forms as you make your appointment, otherwise you will receive an email requesting your form completion.


PACKAGES POLICY

We will redeem your package if you cancel, reschedule late or are a no – show or charge you according to our cancellation policy depending on the circumstances.


ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards and American Express and Gift Cards.
We do not accept Personal Checks and Money Orders.


REDOS

Please email rachelb@glowstudiosnyc.com no later than 48 hours after your appointment, to be eligible for a redo.
Redos must be booked within 5 days of the initial service.
Any redos will be honored if issues are reported within 48 hours of the appointment or with management discretion.

To receive a deposit refund, please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation includes arriving 10 minutes past your appointment time and being unable to be seen. No-Shows will be charged an additional 50% of your booked appointment to the card on file. RESCHEDULING POLICIES

Any appointments rescheduled after our 24 hour grace period will be considered a late cancellation.

 

LATE POLICIES

You will be considered late after 10 minutes.
Arriving past your time may result in a shortened service or removal of services depending upon the studio’s schedule.
Appointments that go over studio hours due to you, may have an additional surcharge added.

 

CONSISTENTLY LATE CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING POLICIES

We reserve the right to ask for prepayment.
